Our Story...

How we met

Craig’s side of the story:

I was supposed to meet a redhead at a bar that I had met a week prior. I didnt remember too much what she looked like. When I entered the bar, I saw Elizabeth and asked her if she was the one I was supposed to meet. The answer was a resounding “NO”.

I left her alone, met and did not hit it off with my actual date, and then told Elizabeth at the end of the night that she was much better than the girl I was meeting.

We didn’t talk again until I saw her on a dating site a couple months later and we started talking. We hit it off and have had many great adventures together, and will have many more!

Staree’s side of the story:

I was out for the evening with a few of my friends. Not really paying attention to others around me.  So when this blond hunk tried a cheezy pick up line on me “Are you so and so?  I’m looking for a redhead named so and so” … I completely brushed him off. Like … mean girl brush off.  Though moments after he walked away, I realized that I needed to be nicer to hunky strangers or I would forever be a single cat lady. Craig … being the sweet gentleman that his is, stopped me again later in the evening and was almost too polite (for fear I would take off his head?!)  when he said that I was much prettier then the girl he was there to meet.  I was much sweeter this next time and we chatted for a small amount of time before my friends and I left. After that evening,he was just a tickle in my mind.  I had resounded to be nicer to strangers in order to grow in my life.  Funny thing is ….  He found me on Match.com about 3-4 months later and recognized me as the ‘pretty’ redhead from the Bar.  From there welll… I guess you know it’s LOVE!!
